The Tulip Market will open in the Oranje-Nassau Hall of Keukenhof Park and run from October 14th to 16th.
The market will host an exceptional and exclusive selection of spring flowers. The park gardeners, experts at developing the most unusual tulips in the world, will be selling bulbs.
The Bulbs Market will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, according to park's website. Admission to Keukenhof and parking are free. In addition to buying bulbs, visitors can also find useful information about how to grow tulips at home and in the open field. The market coincides with the season during which the flower bulbs start to mature. About 7 million plants are expected to be planted, and visitors can take guided tours to observe the process.
Vistors can reach the park from Schiphol Airport by taking Bus # 58, which departs every 15 minutes, as well as by taking buses from Amsterdam, The Hague and Leiden.
